Q: Why do I need to register?
A: Registration guarantees that you have all the most up to date material, that you or your firm is correctly represented and you gain access to materials that will expedite the due diligence research.
Q: Which bank is selling the Property?
A: Suntrust Bank is the owner of the property.
Q: What happens after the offers are collected at the end of the offering period?
A: All offers that are submitted on the provided Purchase Agreement and include an appropriate deposit will be reviewed by a committee consisting of members from Anchor Commercial and the Bank. This committee will select a “winning offer” by no later than July 30th 2010.
Q. What type of selection criteria will the bank utilize when evaluating various offers?
A. Price and time needed to close are important factors.
Q. Will the bank consider any type of financing?
A. No this is an all cash closing. No seller financing is available.
