Call or email Gordon Geer at Anchor Commercial and provide your email address, contact information, and your role in the buying process. For instance, are you: a buyer represented by a broker? A broker representing a buyer? After signing and returning the confidentiality agreement via fax or email you will be provided a user name and password that enables you to gain access to all the existing due diligence materials and other site related data. It is important that you register so that you are aware of any updates or modifications to the process.

How to Submit an Offer
Thank you for your interest in the 'Call for Offers' on the Gateway Village property.
Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA)
In order to submit an offer you must register with Gordon Geer at Anchor Commercial as outlined above.
Due Diligence
The timeframes for due diligence after an offer is accepted in the Purchase Agreement is detailed. Prior to the offer date, you will have access to all of the due diligence materials provided under the property info tab. It is recommended that you speak with the project engineer and design team at Hoffman Lester and Associates to get first hand information regarding the status of the project, etc.
Final Bid Day
On the final day of the ‘Call for Offers’, July 23rd, 2010, Anchor Commercial will forward all the offers to the Bank for review. A winner will be selected by no later than July 30th 2010.
