Anchor Commercial believes that the broker’s place is on the street, searching out opportunities for our clients. To do that effectively, the Anchor representative needs a reliable resource back at home base processing the paperwork, maintaining the databases and updating the listings.
That resource is Lizzie Wilson. Lizzie is a Broker’s Assistant with a wide range of responsibilities--all focused on helping the broker provide superior service to our clients.
Lizzie is also responsible for marketing Anchor’s properties, and she produces the marketing materials for every listing. Her background Graphic Design gives her an eye for exciting visual presentation, which helps each property Anchor lists to stand out in a crowded market. She also ensures that your listing is posted quickly and accurately on our website, as well as other resources like CMLS and LoopNet.
One of Lizzie’s most important duties is maintaining our leading edge REApplications database. REApplications is a powerful web-based software that allows commercial real estate brokers, developers and clients easy access to:
- Listings
- Comps
- Deals
- Project tracking
- Property inventories
Anchor offers this easy-to-use, constantly updated software as a convenience to our valued clients. What’s more, it’s confidential and password-protected for your security. It can be a challenge balancing the needs of Anchor’s many brokers and clients, but it is a challenge Lizzie enjoys.
