As Property Management Assistant, Andrea helps maintain Anchor’s reputation for comprehensive customer service and tenant relations. She processes and manages maintenance requests from initial call to completion, ensuring that each work order is carried out to Anchor’s high standards of promptness, thoroughness and customer satisfaction. Andrea also helps protect our clients’ investments by maintaining updated insurance certificates for each tenant and contractor.
Andrea is also Anchor’s “First Impressions Manager”. She makes sure that each customer interaction--whether by telephone, e-mail or in person--is friendly, efficient and productive.
Andrea’s prior experience includes fives years as a contract administrator in residential real estate. In this position she worked with agents to ensure that their contracts were in compliance with the real estate commission. She also worked with home buyers to help provide a buying experience as headache-free as possible.
Attention to detail, prioritization and a positive, caring attitude are the traits that Andrea brings to her position at Anchor Commercial. She takes pride in providing a level of service and customer satisfaction that helps Anchor Commercial stand out in the marketplace.
