Before Anne Lively joined Anchor Commercial, she was an office manager for a small manufacturer—a tenant in a property managed by Anchor. She has seen both sides of the commercial real estate coin, and she carries that experience with her as she works to satisfy the needs of owner and tenant alike.
Anne possesses keen organizational skills that have served her well in previous careers in office management, administration, and organizational process improvement. And they continue to serve her today. To Anne, property management is about managing details—HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, waste management, security and so on.
It is also about people. Across the many properties she manages, Anne juggles the needs of dozens of owners and hundreds of tenants—each with their own perspectives and concerns. She knows that the owner is the primary customer, but she also knows it is easier to retain a tenant than to find a new one.
Anne sees her job as taking the headache out of property ownership, and she strives to perform her job with efficiency and integrity.
