Kim Hinshaw began her commercial real estate career in 1997.  Since that time she has established a specialty in Landlord and Tenant Representation in the leasing and sales of office and income properties. Kim spent seven years in Arizona, specializing exclusively in office leasing and sales assignments for clients such as Allstate Insurance Company, State of Hawaii, State of Alaska, GE Capital and numerous private companies. Since moving to the South, she has broadened her scope of service to include land acquisitions and corporate services, while still maintaining a primary focus on the office market.

Along the way, Kim has gained invaluable insights into the overall structure of the real estate deal. She combines market knowledge, contract negotiation, financial analysis skills and most importantly, she takes the time to gain a deep understanding of her clients needs in order to provide them with sound real estate solutions.
