Bob Nuttall, Jr. is an Office Specialist with extensive experience representing both owners and users in the greater Charleston market. While he also handles other types of leasing and sales for Anchor, Bob maintains a primary focus on the office arena. Since becoming a commercial real estate broker in 1992, Bob has successfully negotiated an average of 50 lease and sales transactions each year.  

Bob also heads Anchor’s brokerage and management divisions. From this experience he has gained valuable insight into the perspectives of each party to a transaction, which results in the most favorable terms for his clients.

In 1998, Bob earned his SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. Only 3,100 commercial brokers worldwide have earned this designation. Of that number, less than 1,000 are Office Specialists.
